Rhonda Gregg has over 21 years of experience in project development, execution and oversight; resource agency liaison and coordination; federal, state and municipal permitting, review and authorization; environmental conservation and compliance; feasibility studies; client coordination; and funding procurement, marketing and development in both the private and not-for-profit sector. She has extensive project experience in coastal restoration, sustainable shorelines and beneficial use of dredged materials.

Ms. Gregg has a comprehensive background and solid reputation with the United States Armey Corps of Engineers and resource agencies, commercial and not-for-profit interests and governmental bodies throughout Coastal Texas. She brings integrity, organization, attention to detail, and creative solutions to her multifaceted projects. Her distinctive aptitude to identify and resolve critical issues has resulted in successful permit acquisitions and project completion. She owned and operated a private consulting firm for 8 years before joining Shelmark Engineering LLC in 2006. She recently joined Atkins North America (November 2014) as a Senior Project Manager/ Client Service Manager. Ms. Gregg received a B.S. in Marine Biology, from Texas A&M University in 1980.
